If you are unhappy with your purchase from vinylfigure.com for any reason, please return the product in its original packaging to us within 7 days of purchase and we will offer an exchange (if product is available) or refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping). Please email us with your order number and the purchase date to notify us of the return before sending it back. We will let you know how to complete your return. All returns must be sent with some type of delivery confirmation or online tracking. This allows us to track the return online and helps you verify to us that the return has been mailed.
